Abstract

Moblin is a popular developer community initiated by Intel and it has been gaining attention of the mobile linux developers. The default architecture is based on Gnome. This keynote will focus on Moblin, and in the same time, demonstrates Gnome's part in it.

After Intel's acquisition of Opened Hand this September, a British Mobile Linux company, all technologies will be integrated into Moblin, so this speech also explains some of the Clutter/Poky Linux concepts.

Intel OTC (OpenSource Technology Center) has established its China Moblin team in August, and this speech will also introduce their work on Gnome.
